If your doctor gives you a bag full of herbs and supplements to take without instructing you about cleansing, he/she has not made sure that you will absorb, transport and utilize these substances correctly. Cleansing Protocol
When taking the components of our Basic Cleansing Combo Pack or Cleansing Combo Pack plus Probiotic and/or Chlorella together in order to cleanse, detoxify, and rid the body of parasitic organisms plus heavy metals; we recommend the following protocol. Some have asked why we recommend performing the Liver / Gallbladder first. Because the liver is the main filter of the body and because cleansing eliminates toxins we believe that it is prudent to begin with a clean liver (filter) in order to better filter out toxins, etc. It is also recommended that after performing all initial cleanses, another liver/gallbladder cleanse be performed to make sure that all toxins from the cleanses have been removed. Liver & Gallbladder Flush (5 Days)
Begin with the Liver/Gallbladder flush using Super Phos 30 and Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules. Mag 07 will only be taken for the first 4 days of the flush, 6 capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach.This cleanse can be repeated once a month for 4 months for severe cases or deep cleansing. Otherwise, we recommend a maintenance cleanse twice a year (Spring & Fall).

Digestive Tract/Colon Cleanse (7 Days)
After completing the Liver/Gallbladder flush, you may begin the 7-day Digestive Tract/Colon cleanse with Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules. When you complete the 7 day cleansing portion of this phase, you will begin the maintenance dose for the next 21 days.The initial phase can be performed for 1 week per month for the first 3 months. Maintenance dosage can be taken indefinitely.

Parasite Cleanse (6 weeks)
At the same time that you begin the maintenance dosage for Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules, you may begin taking the Clarkia Parasite Cleanse. Make sure that you take the last dose of Clarkia at least 2 hours before Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules. -

Latero-flora can be taken throughout all stages of the cleansing process and for as long as needed. -
Heavy Metal Cleanse
Begin taking the Chlorella Caps the same time that you begin the Clarkia Parasite Cleanse. Recommended dosage is usually three grams per day. Since each capsule contains 450 mg, that is between 6-7 capsules per day, so these containers provide you about a four-week supply of the purest chlorella on earth. Take the chlorella with meals. As your body detoxifies from heavy metals and other pollutants, you may experience a period of discomfort as these pollutants are "washed" from your system. Because chlorella is such a powerful heavy metal detoxifier, begin taking your Chlorella Caps gradually over the first few days and build up to the recommended dosage.Week One: Take 1 Chlorella Cap 3x's daily with meals.
Week Two:Take 2 Chlorella Caps 3x's daily with meals.
Weeks Three: Take 3 Chlorella Caps 3x's daily with meals.
Instructions for the Liver / Gallbladder Flush:
- The liver is a key organ of the body, responsible for assisting in digestion, cleaning impurities from the blood and neutralizing toxins. Keeping the liver clean is great way to protect yourself against diseases of the blood and digestive system as well as toxicity-related conditions.
- Add one ounce of Super Phos 30 to the gallon of organic apple juice. Shake and refrigerate. Over the next four days, drink the gallon of juice (4 / 8-ounce glasses a day) between meals for 4 days. Be sure to brush your teeth after drinking the juice to prevent the acid from damaging your teeth. Eat a low fat diet during the liver flush. For the first 4 nights only, take 6 capsules of Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules right before bed.
- On the fifth day, eat a healthy breakfast at 8 am and lunch at 12 pm. It is best to do this on a Saturday or Sunday.
- At 2 pm, drink 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts dissolved in warm purified water.
- At 5 pm drink 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts dissolved in warm water.
- At 7 pm eat a dinner of heavy whipping cream and fresh berries - as much as desired.
- At bedtime, drink 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. A small amount (1/4 cup) of freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit, or lemon juice may be added if desired. Immediately after drinking the oil, go to bed and lie on your right side with knees drawn up to your stomach for 30 minutes. You may feel nauseated during the night. This is due to the release of stored toxins from the gallbladder and liver. This is normal and a sign that the protocol is working.
- Upon arising in the morning, carry on your daily activity. Congratulations!! You have now started to clean your liver and gallbladder.
The Super Phos 30 helps remove calcium and lipids (fats) from the arteries during the liver and gallbladder flush and normalizes cholesterol metabolism. The phosphoric acid working with the Malic acid found in apple juice dissolves and softens gallstones. The magnesium in the Epsom Salts relaxes the sphincter of the gallbladder and bile ducts, allowing for the easy passage of the softened, shrunken stones. Finally, the cream and oil cause a strong contraction of the gallbladder and liver, forcing out stored wastes, bile, and stones, which easily pass into the small intestine. Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules will clean the intestinal tract of any blockages for easy removal of gallbladder and liver stones. These wastes and stones are then excreted. If you wish to keep any of the stones for analysis, first, clean and dry them, then place them in a freezer bag for storage. Place in the refrigerator, or in the freezer for long-term storage. If you are doing a complete liver and colon cleanse (recommended), complete the Liver Flush first, then the 7-day cleanse. Examples of actual stones can be seen below.
This liver / gallbladder flush should be repeated 1x monthly for the first 3 months, then as needed.

For first time Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules users we recommend starting with a seven day initial cleanse. After the initial cleanse, continue with a maintenance dose to keep your intestinal tract clean and to deliver oxygen into your system. While taking Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules be sure to drink plenty of purified water during the day and try to eat a healthy diet. The exact number of capsules to take will vary depending on your weight, previous dietary habits, exercise patterns, and stress levels.
Instructions for the Seven Day Initial Digestive Tract Cleanse
You will want to start slowly and gradually progress with the dosage. Begin with 4 capsules the first night before bed. Continue to take 2 additional capsules every night before bed until you achieve at least 3 bowel movements the following day. The dosage which will allow you to have 3-5 bowel movements per day will be your dosage for the rest of the 7-day cleanse.
For Maintenance
For maintenance, use the same dosage from your 7-day cleanse that allowed you to have 3-5 bowel movements daily. Take this dosage every other day. It is recommended to use Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules continually.
Note: This product causes watery and gaseous stools, which could cause you to feel the urge to pass gas. If you are not able to control your bowels, please be careful when using this product. It is recommended that during the 7-day cleanse you have close availability to a bathroom. It is a good idea to use water and/or moist towelettes (alcohol-free) when cleaning the rectal area to avoid chafing and soreness due to the increased frequency of bowel movements. Some people have found that our Oxy-Balm helps greatly with any chaffing or irritation that may occur. Avoid or minimize: straining during bowel movements; hot and spicy or acidic foods; soft drinks and "junk" foods; as well as, dairy and processed grains (white flour, white rice, etc.). The water/gaseous stools are not clinical diarrhea but a by-product of oxidation. Remember we are turning solids into liquid and gas. To help the cleansing process, it is highly suggested to drink at least one gallon of distilled or purified water daily while taking Mag 07 Vegetarian Capsules.
Parasite Cleanse
It is estimated that 90% of the population have at least one form of parasite in their body. Clarkia Parasite Cleanse is one of the most powerful aids in helping the body eliminate harmful organisms and parasites. Once a person is infected it is not too difficult to eliminate the adult parasites. The more difficult part is dealing with the life cycle of the parasite which can take a considerable amount of time to accomplish.

The standard usage of Clarkia Parasite Cleanse is:
Take 10 drops (NOT 10 "dropper full’s"), 3 times daily, diluted in water or organic juice.
You can start with 3 drops, 3 times a day, and then gradually increase up to 10 drops. If you feel no negative reactions you can continue increasing up to 20 drops.
Shown below is a typical usage plan:
10- 20 drops of clarkia 3 - 5 times a day, usually diluted with organic juice or water (the best is freshly pressed carrot or apple juice, or juice of any other vegetable or fruit.). Drink it before or after a meal but not on an empty stomach.
- day 1: 3 drops, 3 times a day
- day 2: 4 drops, 3 times a day
- day 3: 6 drops, 3 times a day
- day 4: 8 drops, 3 times a day
- day 5: 10 drops, 3 times a day
For the next 9 days continue with 10 drops, 3 times a day.
If you have no adverse reactions, you can continue increasing the dosage:
- day 6: 12 drops, 3 times a day
- day 7: 13 drops, 3 times a day
- day 8: 14 drops, 3 times a day
- day 9: 15 drops, 3 times a day
- day 10: 16 drops, 3 times a day
- day 11: 17 drops, 3 times a day
- day 12: 18 drops, 3 times a day
- day 13: 19 drops, 3 times a day
- day 14: 20 drops, 3 times a day
If you have a severe illness or you have been unsuccessfully treated for a parasite infection it is recommended that you repeat the treatment at least 4 times, with 1 week break after every treatment. The amount of Clarkia can be increased or decreased, depending on individual sensitivity. Signs that someone has taken too much is a headache. If you get a headache, decrease your amount. If you have no reaction to Clarkia, gradually increase the amount until you experience a headache, or until your dose reaches 60 drops 3-5 times a day. Such high doses may be necessary for people with Cancer, AIDS, Diabetes, or people who have been unsuccessful in treating internal parasites or Candidiasis.
Standard doses are adjusted for an average adult person that is less physically active (works in an office).
If a person is physically active the standard dose can be doubled.
MAINTENANCE & PREVENTION DOSAGE:
Take 20 drops of Clarkia Parasite Cleanse once or twice a week.
Probiotic (Beneficial Bacteria) Restoration
While optional, Latero-Flora can be taken throughout all stages of the cleansing process. We recommend supplementing your diet with Latero Flora to help maintain a healthy colon and help populate the intestines with beneficial bacteria. Latero Flora has shown significant effectiveness in improving and, in many cases, eliminating gastrointestinal symptoms and food sensitivities while enhancing the patient's digestive capacities.
For Maintenance of Intestinal Flora
Adults - every morning, 20 minutes before eating, take 2 capsules with water. After one to two months, reduce usage by half.
Children - take 1 capsule as described above. Capsules may be opened and contents dissolved in water.
Heavy Metal Cleanse
Chlorella is a powerful detoxification aid for heavy metals and other pesticides. Numerous research projects in the U.S. and Europe indicate that chlorella can also aid the body in breaking down persistent hydrocarbon and metallic toxins such as mercury, cadmium and lead, DDT and PCB while strengthening the immune system response. In Japan, interest in chlorella has focused largely on its detoxifying properties - its ability to remove or neutralize poisonous substances from the body.
This detoxification of heavy metals and other chemical toxins in the blood will take 3 to 6 months to build up enough to begin this process depending on how much chlorella a person is taking. Chlorella is a food. As such, it is almost impossible to take too much chlorella. It is also this fibrous material which greatly augments healthy digestion and overall digestive track health.
If you experience fatigue, lethargy, irritability, nausea or other uncomfortable symptoms when starting with chlorella, try reducing the amount you are taking and build up even more slowly, as these may be symptoms associated with your body cleansing itself of heavy metals. However, if the symptoms are severe, or if they persist despite very low initial quantities of chlorella for the first few days, stop your chlorella regime and discuss with your personal healthcare practitioner.
For Heavy Metal Maintenance
Take 2 Chlorella Caps 3x's daily with meals. Can be taken indefinitely. Chlorella contains a 'Controlled Growth Factor' which taken on a regular basis, brings a noticeable increase in sustained energy and immune health.
Additional Cleansing Recommendations for Total Health
Diet: Eat a whole food diet. This means that the majority of your diet should consist of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. This type of food tends to contain a greater amount of oxygen, enzymes, and other nutrients without toxic pesticide residue. Also, consider purchasing organic and free-range meat and poultry whenever possible to reduce pesticide, synthetic hormone, and antibiotic contamination.
Water: Drink half your body weight in ounces per day (bodyweight in lbs divided by 2). Drink distilled or otherwise purified water. Do not ever drink tap water. Evaluate the purity of the water that you consume and use for other purposes. Most water contains chlorine, fluoride, and other pollutants. Distilled water is good, a little organic apple cider vinegar adds beneficial minerals, and can easily be purchased at most health food stores. We highly recommend Wellness® filters for ultra-pure, enhanced water. They provide numerous products for almost any water use. For a very beneficial and healthy water we recommend distilled water filtered through the Wellness Water Carafe. The Wellness Water filter will add back minerals that are taken from the distillation process.
Enzymes: Age, illness, poor diet, disease, heredity, and other factors can effect the production of digestive enzymes in the pancreas. In fact, it has been estimated we only have enough enzymes to breakdown 1 cooked meal daily for 120 years. If you currently have digestive disorders or simply want to supply your body with much-needed enzymes, we recommend Digesticol, a potent plant-based enzyme to be taken 15 minutes before each meal. For a pancreatic enzyme we recommend UnivaseForte to be taken on an empty stomach.
Lymphatic Drainage: Your lymphatic system provides a drainage path for toxic chemicals. If it is blocked or congested it can affect your health. The lymphatic system also plays an important role in immune system function. Skin brushing every day and using a mini-trampoline are effective ways to keep the lymph moving. Exercise: Incorporate regular exercise into your daily life. Include both aerobic exercise and strength training in your routine. Stretching exercises such as yoga or Pilates are very beneficial. Water (non-chlorinated) aerobics are excellent for people that suffer from joint problems or other debilitating conditions. Exercise supports elimination of toxins from the body. As always, please consult with your physician prior to starting any type of exercise routine.
