Optimum Wellness Mouth and Gum Cleanse

Poor oral health can make you very sick, yet oral hygiene is almost never included in most cleansing protocols. In order to enable your cleansing regimen to get a kick start towards total wellness, whether the liver, digestive tract, kidneys or heart, it is imperative that cleansing be initiated in the mouth. Your mouth is a 24-hour war zone that supports more than 300 species of bacteria which, if unchecked, can easily lead to gum inflammation and disease.

Holistic health encompasses the health of the entire body. Signs of body illness are almost always first seen in the mouth due to the quick turnover of oral tissue cells. Dr. Lanphier’s Healthy Tooth Powder Recipe

1 cup of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
½  cup of Himalayan Crystal Salt
15 Capsules MegaHydrate
6 teaspoons Myrrh Powder
6 teaspoons Xylitol (I recommend Smart Sweet)
4 Teaspoons (rounded) MSM Supreme™
2-4 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil (optional)

Mix baking soda and salt in a glass jar with a lid.  Shake thoroughly making sure that both ingredients are combined thoroughly.  Open 15 capsules of MegaHydrate and add to mixture.  Add 6 teaspoons Myrrh Powder.  Add 4 rounded teaspoons of MSM Supreme Powder.  Optional: Add 2-3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.  Place lid on jar and shake well for 2-3 minutes or you may place it in a blender on high for 1-2 minutes.  This mixture will last a very long time as long as it is kept in a tightly closed glass jar.


Why Himalayan Crystal Salt?

I do not recommend sea salt because of the contamination of our oceans and because some people are allergic to things found in the ocean.  Our oceans are currently used as dumping grounds for toxic poisons such as mercury, PCBs and dioxin. Daily Mouth & Gum Cleanse Instructions

• Perform this routine 2-times daily – Morning – after breakfast and Evening – before bed.
  
• Floss with natural dental floss.
  
• Spray your toothbrush with a bit of Breath Fresh™.  Place some of Dr. Lanphier’s Natural Tooth Powder Formula onto toothbrush.
  
• Brush teeth and gums for at least one minute—preferably two minutes.  Use an inexpensive kitchen timer.  Make sure to brush around gum lines in a circular motion.  Use a soft bristle brush and do not brush “hard.”
  
• Rinse mouth with clean, purified or distilled water.  Do not use water from plastic bottles.
  
• Spray teeth and gums with 2-4 sprays of Breath Fresh™. Swish in mouth for 30 seconds and swallow or expectorate.

Weekly Mouth & Gum Cleanse

• Perform this cleansing routine 2-3 times weekly.  Before bed, after normal brushing, is the optimal time.
  
• Fill Oral Irrigator with distilled water and 2 drops of Oregasil™.  Use irrigator with the cannula tip.
  
• Irrigate between teeth and into sockets until all of water is emptied.
  
• Spray teeth and gums with Breath Fresh™.  Swish in mouth and swallow or expectorate.
