We are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars. To determine the amount required for your payment use the subtotal amount from the Shopping Cart page and add local sales taxes for Texas residents only. Please understand that paying by money order will slow down your order as items will not be shipped until money orders are received.

Oasis Advanced Wellness does not accept personal checks; however, we do accept Money Orders (please see above).

Damaged or missing products must be reported to the OAW offices within one day after confirmed delivery.

Shipping Methods and Charges
All orders are processed the following business day, so please make sure your address, phone number, email address and requested shipping method are correct before you submit your order. Please also check your order confirmation ,received by email, carefully as it is a result of the information you have entered. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. Please see below regarding additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses.
You can expect delivery of most in-stock items within 3-6 business days of your order. All orders within the US and its territories are shipped through the United States Postal System using Priority Mail or FedEX. All FREE shipping packages are sent through the USPS using Priority Mail. If you provide an email with your order then you will receive a USPS Tracking Number or FedEX tracking number when your order is shipped. The USPS does not provide a way to instruct the mail carrier (in advanced) of special delivery instructions. We suggest that you make arrangements with your mail carrier, in advance, of any special delivery instructions (where to leave package, etc.). OAW is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after they have been delivered. Please make sure the shipping address is correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages. If a package is shipped to your home address and you ask the carrier to forward it to another address, additional fees may apply. If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it may be shipped back to us by the carrier, and we reserve the right to bill your credit card both for the return shipping and the outbound charges to reship your package.
Next Day/Over-Night and US Priority Mail Delivery Conditions
To ensure Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. CDT Monday-Friday. Please understand that the USPS does not guarantee next day or over-night delivery. However, if the package is shipped before 2:00 p.m. chances are greater for next day delivery.
USPS Priority Mail Service: Orders are processed the following business day. Orders on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Most customers will have their order within 3-6 days of shipment. Our experience has been that most Texas customers receive their shipment in one-two days.
Returns
In order to make your shopping experience with Oasis Advanced Wellness a pleasant one, we ask that you consider the following before returning a product:
Many natural health products/supplements have a cumulative effect. It is unrealistic to expect immediate results. Allow sufficient time for the product to achieve the desired effect. If you have questions about a product that you recently purchased, contact us by phone or email. We want your experience with OAW to be a pleasant one.
How Do I Return An Item?
Whatever the reason, you may return your OAW Qualified Product purchase (see below Qualified Products for Return) for replacement or refund by meeting the Return Requirements listed below. Your credit card will be credited within 72 hours of receipt of the returned product (does not include holidays & weekends). The address for returns is:

If any of the products listed below in the Qualified Products for Return fail to meet your expectations, they may be returned for refund as long as it meets our 30 day Refund Policy (except for Oasis Serene and Oasis Serene Plus which have a 60 day Refund Policy) and the following Return Requirements:
Return Requirements
- Return Authorization Number - Before the product is returned to OAW and before the 30 day return period has ended, you must contact us at staff@oasisadvancedwellness.com in order to receive a RA Number. OAW will not accept any returns that do not have an official OAW RA Number displayed boldly on the outside of the package.
- Return all remaining or unused portions of the OAW product including any unopened bottles that you may have purchased.
- Include a copy of the original invoice (proof of purchase) which was mailed to your email address at the time of purchase or a copy of the OAW Packing Slip. You are reminded, at the time of order, that if you do not receive your invoice through email by the next business day, to contact us immediately and we will resend. Please remember to check for your Invoice in your email Spam and Junk file folders before emailing us. We will not refund orders without a copy of the original invoice (proof of purchase) or a copy of the OAW Packing Slip. Please do not call or email us in order for us in order to get a copy of your misplaced invoice or packing slip as we do not have full-time staff allocated for this. Postal Delivery Notices from stamps.com, bank statements and/or credit card receipts are not accepted as proof of purchase. Products that are received in our offices without a copy of the original invoice will not be refunded and will be promptly disposed. No exceptions.
- The OAW product return must be received in the OAW offices any time within 30 days (before or on) from purchase date (60 days for Oasis Serene). We are not responsible for returns that are incorrectly addressed, do not reach our office because of Post Office or carrier delivery error or returns that do not reach our office within the 30 day limit. We highly suggest that returned OAW products be sent with signature required/returned receipt.
- You will be refunded the full amount of the OAW product purchase price, less shipping costs.
- For returns of 5 or more of the same item a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- PLEASE MAKE NOTE: THE OAW RA NUMBER MUST BE BOLDLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE THAT IS BEING RETURNED. IF THERE IS NO RA NUMBER CLEARLY VIEWABLE ON THE OUTSIDE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED OR DISPOSED OF AT OUR DISCRETION.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
- Products which are not listed above in the Qualified Products for Return List.
- Item(s) returned more than 30 days from original shipping date, item(s) returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and items returned without a copy of the original invoice (proof of purchase) or packing slip. At our discretion, we may reject or dispose of the shipment.
- Shipping charges.
International Orders
Shipping and handling for International orders placed through our shopping cart will be manually added to the customer’s credit card. Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate with zip code and country. We cannot be responsible for addresses that are incomplete or inaccurate.
International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International depending on destination. We will ship Fed-EX or UPS if the customer requests and is willing to pay the fees. The estimated shipping charge for Priority Mail International is $15 to $50 US (depending upon weight and destination), with an estimated delivery within 6-20 business days according to amount of time spent in Customs. This is only an estimate of shipping charges and delivery time; your actual shipping charges and delivery time may vary. Customs charges may apply. Once the order gets to the designated country, the mail/postal policies of the country takes over and at this point we have no control over the time of delivery. Please be patient, but do call us if you feel like your order is taking an extreme amount of time to get to you. We will be happy to assist in any way possible and will be able to provide you with a US Customs Regulation Number.
Please understand that you may have to pay import duties and taxes once your order has entered your country. Packages are randomly chosen to be inspected upon entering the Customs Department. When this happens you may incur duties and taxes and delay in the arrival of your package. Please note that Oasis Advanced Wellness has no control over these charges or delays and does not benefit in any way from S&H, import duties, or taxes that you are charged. Once Customs has opened a package we cannot be responsible for the condition of products upon arrival to the customer. This includes spillage, missing products, etc. OAW cannot replace any product lost or damaged in the shipping process and cannot refund any shipping charges. Any replacement orders will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and all charges including shipping will apply to the reshipment.
Oasis Advanced Wellness is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are incurred during delivery by your Country Customs Department. Please do not ask us to write “gift” or anything else on the Customs label that indicates the product is something that it is not. Companies who make this a practice are in jeopardy of being denied the privilege of shipping overseas.
International Shipping Restriction, Import Restrictions, Customs Restrictions
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements/products from the U.S.A. into their country. If the Customs Agency in your country returns your full order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned/prohibited in your country, we will refund to your credit card your total charge minus twice your shipping charge (as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us),and minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and minus any other charges, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees, assessed by the customs in your country. Once again, please check with your country's customs officials to make sure you are allowed to import nutritional supplements/products from the U.S.A. If the order is not returned to us, you will not receive any refund and you accept full responsibility for the confiscated order.
Please be aware: Customs randomly inspects and stops certain packages from entering a country and you must accept all financial responsibility for your order.
