Hi,
My name is Kathy and I am a happily married 45 year old mom of three --ages, 17, 7 and 4.
I've been a high strung, somewhat anixous person my whole life -- even as a child but lately my feelings of panic have ebcome much worse.
Just this past month, I began the natural progesterone cream from Oasis and I'm sure hoping I see some favorable results over the next couple of months.
When I was a child, my anxiety came out in 'normal' situations as giving a speech, etc just as most ecperience. As I became older, I noticed it increasing in situtations as hospitals, doctors offices, etc --- again, my thought was, "Well, I'm just one of those who can't handle pain or blood!" <smile> (so no big deal, just avoid it).
Back several years ago, as an adult I began to have feeling of panic in 'spaces' I felt I couldn't escape, like in the middle of a movie theater, church, banquests, etc --- again, I thought, "Well, just sit on the end" (no big deal).
The last couple of months though, I've geban to have feelingod of panic in my car, at the grocery store, and even in my own home --- it's driving me nuts! I literally HATE this felling -- and more than that, I don't like making excuses and missing activities that my family is involved in, etc ...
like field trips, award ceremonies, etc.
I've alwasy LOVED to plan vacations and travel with my family. I'm fearful to plan a trip for -- 'what if I won't / can't go' -- when the time comes to leave?
Is panic a symptom that I may get relief from with the Oasis Cream? _________________ Kathy Schneider

Hi Kathy
We have had many women let us know that Oasis Serene has helped them emotionally cope with the stresses of life. From mood swings to depression.
I would suggest that you address your diet and water consumption. Try to eliminate sugar, wheat and dairy. Also learning stress-relief techniques is encouraged.
Some good supplements to implement are:
B-Complex
Optimum E (OAW Vitamin E)
Lithium Orotate (read about it on the OAW products page)
Make sure that you take time for yourself. Try to get 30 minutes of sun on your body daily and take a 30-40 minute walk every day.

Hi Kathy,
Yes. We have a new label and a name change. and I thought that that it had already been put up. They are one and the same.
Have a great day! _________________ Take Care & Be Well,
