After stopping lexapro (was on it long term, over 7 yrs), developed tremendous pain in one eye along with change in vision in that eye and, most troubling, endless floaters. Have seen two retina specialists who claim lexapro not toxic, despite showing them wording in the PI sheets that indicates retinal changes in mice & rats. Would like to pursue legal action against lexapro and am interested in knowing if others have also experienced any similar problems.

This is indeed an outrage. Thanks for pointing it out. I'm passing this on to all my friends, and advise anyone else who sees it to do the same. We have to be diligent after our own health these days; we can't depend on the government to do it for us, obviously!
