Healthy, moist and gluten-free these muffins are simple to make and will fill your home with the wonderful smell of autumn.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
½ cup raw agave nectar
2 large organic free-range eggs
1 cup fresh baked pumpkin (or winter squash), well packed or organic canned pumpkin
(OAW always recommends using organic or locally grown/harvested ingredients.)
