The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
If any part requires repair during the first 90 days after receiving your air purifier, due to manufacturer defect, then Indoor Purification Systems will replace it with a new machine.
What you must do:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Surround Air Multi-Tech air purifier, you can return it/them to Indoor Purification Systems for a full refund of the amount of the purchase. You have 30 days to do so from the time you receive your order.
Your only expense is to ship the purifier(s) back to us.
You must first contact us to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions. To avoid a delay in getting your refund to you, include a copy of your email or printed receipt. You can even just include a note that provides your name, address, phone number, and invoice number if possible.
Note: If you order more than one unit, and return part of your order, your total price will be adjusted according to how many units you keep. Then, you will be credited the difference between what you originally paid, and the adjusted price.
It is highly recommended that you make sure the item you returned can be tracked (additional fee with the Post Office, but standard with other delivery services).

Indoor Purification Systems, Inc. has its own staff of highly qualified and experienced service technicians to honor the 3-year warranty that is given. There is nothing that the service department cannot fix when it comes to the model XJ-2100. This way, you can rest assured that just about anything that could possibly go wrong with your XJ-2100 can be repaired, even after the 3-year warranty period. Surround Air is now the exclusive supplier and service center for North America.
If any part requires repair during the first 90 days after receiving your ionizer, due to manufacturer defect, then Surround Air will replace it with a new machine.

1. Contact us for return and shipping instructions. You can call us at (888) 812-1516, or email us at service@surroundair.com.
2. Pack the product in its original carton, and in the same manner in which you received it, or as identical as possible.
3. Include proof of purchase inside box.
4. Label and ship the unit, freight prepaid, to the address provided.
