Shake Well and Refrigerate After Opening

Directions for Use: Best on an empty stomach.

Adults & Children 4 yrs & older: Take 1 oz. daily (½ oz. in the AM and ½ oz. in the PM). Always follow with 4 to 8 oz. of non-chlorinated, filtered or bottled water. Do not take within 2 hours of pharmaceuticals. Not recommended after 6:00 pm.

Children age 2 to 3: Take ½ the adult dose or as directed by your doctor. Always consult your health care professional or doctor.

intraKID® Protocols

intraKID® is flavored with an all natural fruit extract (no refined sugar) and tastes like raspberry Jell-o. Kids really like it!

For normal, healthy children, it is best to eliminate any other nutritional supplements and use only intraKID®. It provides optimum daily nutritional support.

Take intraKID® on an empty stomach, if possible. It is optimal to take half of the daily dose in the morning and half in the afternoon. However, if that is not practical for the child, the full dose in the morning will also work well. After swallowing, sip 4 oz. to 6 oz. of bottled SPRING water. Try not to eat food 30-minutes before or after dosage if possible. Do not take medications, caffeine, or other supplements until two hours have passed. For best results, use intraKID® for six days and then take the seventh day off and repeat.

How do I take intraKID?

• Shake well before use.

• Best taken on an empty stomach, do not dilute with juices, foods, or water.

• Refrigerate after opening.

• Do not take pharmaceuticals or any other nutraceuticals within 2 hours prior or 2 hours after taking dose.

• After your dose follow with 4 oz. to 6 oz. non-chlorinated filtered water; never tap water.

• Please take 1 day a week off (e.g., Sundays) to allow your body to rest.

In order to build a reserve of active carbon and good nutrition, for the first 14 days utilize a double-dose:

* Note: if it is not possible or practical to dose twice daily, give the full dose in the morning (1/2 oz for ages 2 to 3 and 1 oz. for ages 4+). For best results, vary the dose slightly and time of day it is given to prevent the body from acclimating to the improved nutrition.

Protocol Exceptions
Diabetes: for children with juvenile diabetes, we recommend unflavored intraMIN™.
