Bamboo Vinegar

How to Apply LIFE Detox Food Patches™

At night, right before bed, apply the patches in the following manner:

		STEP 1 Carefully remove foot patches and plaster from the air tight packaging.
		STEP 2 Peel the backing paper off the center of the adhesive plaster as shown. Leave the backing paper strips at either end for easier handling.
		STEP 3 Apply the LIFE Detox Patches™ to the center of the adhesive plaster. Ensure that the foil side faces down against the adhesive side of the plaster. The perforated paper side of the patch should touch the skin.
		STEP 4 Apply the LIFE Detox Patches™ and plaster to the ball, arch or heel of the foot. Position the plaster by holding on to the strips on both sides. This will make it easier to place the patches on the feet without the plaster sticking in the wrong place.
		STEP 5 Once the patch and plate are in position, carefully remove and discard the backing paper strips from each side of the adhesive paper.
		STEP 6 Smooth the plaster on the foot, ensuring the plaster is tight. Remove and discard used LIFE Detox Patches™ the next morning or after eight hours. Wash your feet thoroughly.
These  detox patches are designed to reflect the body's heat back into the foot to increase circulation detoxification.
USEFUL TIPS The more surface area that the patches touch, the better the absorption and the results. It is highly recommended to cover the foot patches with a light all-cotton sock to avoid accidental displacement or removal during the night.  As with any cleansing modality that helps to flush toxins from the body, we recommend keeping the body fully hydrated by drinking good quality filtered water when using the foot patches. Drinking 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of clean, pure, filtered water is recommended. Caffeine–free herbal teas are recommened. Just a reminder that results will vary since each person is unique in the health of their immune system, toxic overload, and the efficiency of their elimination routes. As the color of the pads start to lighten, after successive use, this will usually signal that the cleansing process is completed or close to being completed. For those just beginning to cleanse, this process may take as long as a few months.  However some begin to notice positive results and significant health improvement after completing a few days of using the detox pads. It is suggested to continue using the detox pads every now and then to help maintain the body's natural detoxification and cleansing ability. Caution: Do not use more than six patches at any one time. For detoxing, it is recommened to use one patch on the sole of each foot. For pain reduction, it is recommended to use one patch on each foot corresponding to the area on the foot accupunctive diagram and another on the painful joint/area. Life Detox Foot Patches™ should be left in place for eight hours or until the patch becomes discoloured and damp. DO NOT place Life Detox Foot Patches™ directly over the eyes or on open cuts.
