For those using Pure Vegan Mag O7 for the first time and those new to digestive tract cleansing, I recommend starting with a seven day initial oxygen cleanse. After the initial oxygen cleanse, continue with a maintenance dose to help keep your intestinal tract clean and to deliver oxygen into your system. While taking Pure Vegan Mag O7 be sure to drink plenty of purified water during the day and consume a healthy diet. The exact number of capsules to take will vary depending on your weight, previous dietary habits, exercise patterns, and stress levels.

It is best to begin slowly and gradually progress with the Pure Vegan Mag O7 dosage. Remember that everyone is different according to their diet, exercise, lifestyle habits, stress factors, etc.  These differences will come into-play when determining your correct Pure Vegan Mag O7 dosage as there is no one-size-fits-all.

Calculating Your Daily Cleansing Dosage of Pure Vegan Mag O7

Before starting the Optiimum Wellness Starter Oxygen Colon Cleanse (at least 1-2 days in advance) the correct dosage of Pure Vegan Mag O7 needs to be determined.  Your individual dosage is the number of Pure Vegan Mag O7 capsules you will take each night in order to achieve 3-5 bowel movements the next day.

Begin by taking 3 capsules of Pure Vegan Mag O7 the first night on an empty stomach with 8-ounces of the Oasis Enhanced H20 Formula (see recipe below). If 3 to 5 bowel movements are not achieved the following day, increase your intake by 2-capsules of Mag O7 every night until 3 to 5 bowel movements are achieved the following day. If you should experience six or more bowel movements the following day, reduce your dosage of Mag O7 by 2 capsules each night until the ecommended 3 to 5 daily bowel movements are experienced.

Your Optimum Wellness Starter Oxygen Colon Cleanse dosage for Mag O7 has now been determined and you are ready to begin cleansing.

NOTE: The hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) levels helps to release the nascent oxygen in Mag O7. Many people are not aware that they have los hydrochloric acid levels. If the level of your stomach acid is below normal, this may hinder the effectiveness of Mag O7. If 3-5 bowel movements are not experienced within 3 days of increasing the dosage of Mag O7, squeeze ½ of an organic lemon wedge into 8 ounces of purified water and take with your Mag O7 dosage. Continue to increase the dosage by two capsules every night until the 3-5 bowel movements are experienced the next day. The acid in the lemon juice will help to activate the release of oxygen in Pure Vegan Mag O7.

Beginning The Cleanse

Healthy Diet

Any time one is cleansing it is best to consume a very healthy diet.  Include lots of vegetables and fruits that are organic or locally grown (without pesticides and herbicides) for every meal.  Do not microwave your foods but instead steam them or eat them raw.  It is best not to juice your fruits but instead eat the whole fruit so that your body will get the complete synergistic effect.  This will also minimize any insulin-spike from the fruit.  Do not consume any beverages except for the Oasis Enhanced H2O Recipe as most other drinks will dehydrate the body thus hindering the quick removal of toxins.

Oasis Enhanced H2O Formula

Into one gallon of distilled water (make sure it has been packaged in glass) or Wellness Water mix 2-4 tablespoons of organic, raw apple-cider-vinegar.  You may also add 1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey or a good quality raw agave nectar (optional).  This will be your beverage for the Optimum Wellness Starter Oxygen Cleanse.  Keep refrigerated and shake well before each use.

Drink one-half of your total body weight in ounces of the Oasis Enhanced H2O Formula every day. For example if you weigh 150 pounds then you will need to drink 75 ounces of the Oasis Enhanced H2O daily. Organic apple-cider-vinegar contains all the enzymes and minerals that your body needs for health and well-being.  Many people decide to continue with the Oasis Enhanced H2O Formula as their beverage of choice.

Helpful Hints for the Optimum Wellness Starter Complete Digestive Tract Cleanse

• Drink at least 8-ounces of the Oasis Enhanced H2O Formula with every dosage of Pure Vegan Mag O7.
  
• Because most people do not have sufficient levels of stomach acid to release the oxygen contained in Pure Vegan Mag O7, it is recommended to add the juice of 1/2 organic lemon to each glass of the Oasis Enhanced H2O Formula.
  
• Temporary abdominal cramping sometimes occurs in individuals performing a digestive tract cleanse for the first time. This cramping is a sure indication that the digestive tract is not functioning at peak levels and that one should definitely continue the Optimum Wellness Starter Oxygen Colon Cleanse. The  cramping should stop by the second or third day. To help relieve temporary cramping, get up and drink another 8 ounces of the Oasis Optimum H2O Formula and move around for approximately 15 minutes.  This will help to increase blood flow and allow gravity to help move the Mag O7 and toxins down through the digestive tract.
  
• Pure Vegan Mag O7 will cause gaseous and liquid bowel movements.  This is not diarrhea but actually a sign that the Pure Vegan Mag O7 is working effectively.
  
• If you experience rawness or irritation from wiping, we suggest applying a small amount of Aloe Vera or coconut oil to the affected area. It is highly suggested to use moistened towelettes (alcohol-free and as chemical-free as possible) or a squirt bottle filled with lukewarm purified water to cleanse the rectal area.
  
• To facilitate the cleansing process drink at least 1-gallon of the Oasis Enhanced H20 Formula daily while taking Pure Vegan Mag O7 Vegetarian Capsules.

Keeping Your Digestive Tract Cleansed & Healthy

For maintenance, use the same dosage of Pure Vegan Mag O7 from your Optimum Wellness Starter Oxygen Cleanse that allowed you to have 3-5 bowel movements daily. Take this dosage 2-3 times weekly.  Pure Vegan Mag O7 is not habit forming so you can continue to get the benefits of oxygen-based cleansing without concern. Continue consuming an organic and healthy diet and beverages.


Why Do I Feel Worse Than When I Started? 

Some people may experience what is called a "healing crisis". This is a common experience that may occur causing individuals to actually feel worse, during or after cleansing than they did before starting the cleanse. Toxic waste and matter must always be processed before it is removed from the body. This processing may bring on physical symptoms as the body is working to remove the toxins. Common "healing crisis" symptoms include: tiredness, headache, loss of energy, sinus congestion, mild rash, mental fogginess, joint or muscle aches, irritability, insomnia, or mood swings. While multiple symptoms may be experienced, the fact is that most people will find the symptoms short-lived or no symptoms at all. Healing Crisis ymptoms are always temporary and will usually subside within 1-14 days as the digestive tract naturally begins to achieve balance. If a "healing crisis" is experienced it is best to up your water intake and allow the body the time it needs for proper elimination. Rest and patience are the keys!


Note: Pure Vegan Mag O7 causes watery and gaseous stools, which could cause you to feel the urge to pass gas. If you are not able to control your bowels, please be careful when using this product. Avoid or minimize: straining during bowel movements; hot and spicy or acidic foods; soft drinks and "junk" foods; as well as, dairy and processed grains (white flour, white rice, etc.).
